Information We Collect
None. AHPE does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal data on any remote server. We do not operate user accounts, databases, or backend services that hold information about you.
The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, health data, or any other sensor on your device.
Information You Enter Stays Local
When you use AHPE, you enter information about yourself — age, weight, injury history, surgical history, training constraints, and so on. This is necessary for the engine to build a constraint profile and recommend exercises.
All of this information is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage (localStorage). It is not synced, backed up to our servers, or transmitted in any form. We have no copy of it and no way to retrieve it.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not use third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Firebase Analytics).
- We do not embed advertising networks or ad SDKs.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.
- We do not sell, rent, or share data with anyone — because we do not have data to share.
- We do not require an account, email address, phone number, or login of any kind to use AHPE.
Children's Privacy
AHPE is intended for adults. Because we collect no data of any kind, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 — or anyone else.
Security
Because no data leaves your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no server-side database to breach. Local data on your phone is protected by the device's standard sandboxing and storage protections.
Changes To This Policy
If AHPE's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync or an account system — this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change. Any new data collection would be opt-in and clearly disclosed in the app before it begins.
Your Rights
You have the right to know what we collect (nothing), to delete what we hold (also nothing), and to opt out of tracking (already opted out by default).
